How does it provide travel cooling?
The Trim Injection Mounjaro case has a removable insert that can be frozen with CEL/water to provide short-term (1–2 hours) cooling. *Allow case to sit for 10 minutes after removing from freezer. **Use at your own risk.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with I-JK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- xDue to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened medical items unless faulty.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and received by us within 14 days of your return request.
How to Return

- We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
- You are responsible for return postage costs accept under specific circumstances.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
