Yes, as we're a subscription-based service your next pen will automatically be sent to you in line with your subscription plan. Depending on your treatment, your subscription will renew every 25 days, with the pen being sent next day delivery, ready for the next dose a few days later.

There are no actions that you need to do on your end, our system will automatically take your payment using the billing method that you added to your online account.

If you'd like to check your next order date, you can find the details of your subscription on your 'Account' page under 'Manage Plans'. All past orders can also be found under 'Order history'. 

What if my subscription says expired? 
As our Clinician Team need to approve your medication before it's sent, your plan will show as expired on a monthly basis, but your subscription will still be active and renewed unless cancelled. The reason we need to approve every pen is for safeguarding reasons.

Yes, We will send you a confirmation email with your order details once the order has been approved by our medical team. We will also send you a tracking link from our delivery partner as soon as your order has been dispatched from our pharmacy.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to prescribe or dispatch medications to countries outside of the UK.

This is due to the current prescribing regulations.

Tracking your order is easy!

You will receive your tracking details, once your order has been dispatched from our pharmacy. In your order confirmation email, you’ll find your tracking number. 

You can use that on the Royal Mail tracking page to stay updated on the status of your delivery! Or simply click on the button that says Track your order and let us do the rest!

Overstocked or going on a trip and need your delivery early? We've got you covered!  

You can amend your delivery date by accessing your online account: https://gettrim.co.uklogin

Once you've logged in, you can amend your next order date by clicking on Account in the left-hand menu settings, and then Manage Plans. 

Just select a time that works for you and you'll be charged on that date instead. Please note that due to the time-sensitive administration of our prescription medications, there is a limit to how far an order can be pushed back by.

If you can't see this option on your account, you can email our Customer Care Team who will be able to temporarily cancel your subscription, and reactivate it at your chosen date. You can reach our Customer Care Team at support@gettrim.co.uk
