XO Medical t/a Trim is committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, and related matters.
Dispatch and Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Prescription medicines may require additional time for clinical review before dispatch. Non-prescription items are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped using trusted courier services. Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched. Delivery is limited to addresses within the United Kingdom and Crown Dependencies.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are 2–5 working days. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if such delays arise.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as successfully delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Proof of delivery may include GPS tracking or photo evidence provided by the courier.
Safe Place Delivery
If you request delivery to a “safe place,” you accept full responsibility for the package once it has been delivered to that location.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of the estimated or confirmed delivery date. We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
