4. Ordering and Consultation Process

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the user portal, with no further charges after cancellation notice. Prices of medicines vary depending on the strength purchased. Non-medicinal product returns are subject to a 14-day change-of-mind period, excluding sealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
