To receive medicine from us- I will
• Inform my GP that I am commencing GLP1 treatment.
•update Trim with any changes to my medical history that may impact treatment.
•I will read the patient information leaflet and watch user guide tutorial
• use this medicine alongside diet & lifestyle improvements.
• stop treatment and seek medical advice immediately if I experience any sudden changes to my mood, behaviour or thoughts (Eg. Suicidial thoughts)
• seek medical assistance immediately if I accidentally overdose,
• read the Pharmacy terms (xomedical.co.uk) and understand all orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless the pharmacy is unable to approve your prescription. Any references to “we” or “us” refers to XO Medical Ltd (our pharmacy).
