Return Policy
XO Medical t/a Trim values patient safety and regulatory compliance. This Return Policy outlines when returns are permitted and how they are handled.
Prescription Medicines
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription-only medicines cannot be returned, refunded, or resold once dispensing has commenced or delivery has occurred, except where required by law (e.g., faulty or incorrectly supplied products).
Non-Prescription Products
Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items unsealed after delivery cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@getTrim.co.uk. We will provide instructions for returning eligible products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
